Most visas are a form you could fill in alone if you had the patience. Singapore is not one of them.
For a number of nationalities, including several of the largest communities in Dubai, Singapore’s immigration authority does not accept applications submitted by the traveller. The file has to come through a registered local agent or a sponsor based in Singapore. You cannot upload it yourself, pay a fee and wait. There is no individual channel to use.
That is not a sales line. It is how the system is built, and it is the reason a travel agency sits in the middle of this particular application. HAB Tourism handles it from our office in Al Garhoud.
HAB Tourism processes Singapore tourist visa applications for UAE residents from AED 480 per person, with typical processing of 5 to 7 working days. Several nationalities cannot apply directly and must submit through an authorised channel.
This is the single most common misunderstanding we correct, and it costs people money.
A UAE residence visa does not change your position with Singapore. It does not create an exemption, it does not move you to an easier category, and it does not substitute for a visa. Singapore assesses by nationality alone.
Visa-free on arrival. Emirati passport holders and nationals of many Western, East Asian and ASEAN countries enter for short stays without applying for anything.
Visa required, submitted through an authorised route. This covers Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Egyptian, Sri Lankan and several other nationalities, which together describe a large share of Dubai’s population. The application goes through a registered agent or a Singapore-based sponsor.
If you hold two passports, everything has to follow one document. The passport you apply on must be the passport you show the airline and the passport you show at Changi. Mixing them is a boarding-gate problem, not a paperwork problem.
Send us a copy and we will confirm your category before you book anything.
One detail worth underlining: bank statements generally need to be officially stamped. A screenshot or a PDF printed from your banking app is the most common reason a file gets sent back before it has been looked at properly.
The other is balance. There is no published minimum, but a short trip should be visibly affordable from money that has been sitting in the account, with salary credits arriving on a normal rhythm. Nationalities under closer scrutiny are better served by a stronger balance than the bare minimum.

Every traveller entering Singapore, including those who need no visa at all, must submit an arrival declaration online shortly before arriving. It replaced the old paper card.
Two things to know. It is free, submitted through the official immigration channel, and any site charging you for it is charging for something the government gives away. And it is separate from your visa. Holding one does not mean you have the other, and a visa-required traveller needs both.
The details on it also have to match your passport and your visa exactly. Mismatched information here is a routine cause of trouble at the airport, and it happens most often when someone fills it in quickly on their phone the night before.
We remind our travellers when to submit it and what to check.
Processing generally runs 5 to 7 working days once the file is complete. Singapore is one of the faster applications we handle, which makes it a genuine option for a short-notice trip, but the file still has to be correct the first time because there is no priority lane to rescue a rejected one.
Our service fee starts from AED 480 per person. The Singapore visa fee is charged separately.
Send us your passport copy and travel dates. We will confirm whether you need a visa, which route applies and what it costs.
