● Standard check in time 15.00 and Standard Check out time 11.00
● Waiting time for group will be maximum 90 minutes from flight arrival time, If guest remained in queue more than 90 minutes they have to reach the hotel on their own.
● Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
● Long queue is expected at Visa On Arrival Counter, So E-visa is highly recommended ( 2-3hours queue )
● Passport valid for 6 month and UAE Residence valid for 6 month to avail Visa On Arrival.
● All nationality (Except Syria, Iraq and Afghan) with UAE Residents eligible to get VOA but approval is up to emigration.
● In case VOA got rejected, or boarding denied at any circumstances package will be nonrefundable and nontransferable.
● We may cancel, amend the holiday package due to unforeseen or force majeure.
